The property was extremely clean and the staff were very helpful, there’s one lady who speaks Arabic and the others speak fair english. The breakfast was okayish, has lots of variety but i have seen better options in 4 star turkish hotels. Rooms were very clean and the design is a modern design

This hotel was amazing. The Staff here is very friendly and they are helpful. They helped me pick out tours that take you around the city. It’s a very nice hotel with clean facilities. I loved staying here and this hotel is definitely worth the money that we paid.

the staff is very nice and helpful, especially the young lady Ferihan, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Forum mall, the breakfast is correct and rich in cheeses, do not hesitate to visit the hotel, you will feel at home

The location is great, it is just 6-7 min drive from the airport and about just much to Trabzon Maydan, it is within walking distance to Forum Trabzon AVM. The rooms were clean.
